MONOGRAMISTA T.D. is considered “the father of Slovak conceptual art”. His art work ranges from the performance, installation, bookmaking to painting, object and minimalist intervention. His work PARTITURAS (1976-1978) attracted the attention of contemporary Slovak composers and intermedia artists Fero Kiraly and Ivan Siller. Partituras is a series of ink drawings strongly resembling music scores. Until now, it has never been musically reinterpreted. Kiraly and Siller, along with David Molina, Shikha Malaviya and other artists will interpret parts of PARTITURAS through music, dance, sound-art and spoken word, in a live performance called BON JOUR MONOGRAMISTA T.D.
Ivan Siller – piano, sound objects
Fero Kiraly – analog, monophonic synthesizer
David Molina – electronics
Shikha Malaviya – poetry
